HELP PLEASE!! CD CALENDAR

I do not have any way of knowing how to post on here...but I need to know if anyone has any patterns, pictures, links to make calendars out of those CD cases...anyone please. I have an OODLE LOAD of those CD cases...wanted to have them (HAD TO HAVE THEM) for my Acrylic stamps and do not like at all how the acrylics fit in them...now I want to turn the whole OODLE load into calendars for a Craft fair in a month or so...HELP....PLEASE????????????
