What are we going to do all day?

A HUGE Shoe Box Swap, eat and have fun! Everyone who comes should plan to participate. Bring a shoebox with all the supplies for 48 people to make your card or craft.

What hotels do you recommend for out of town participants?

(Ran out of room - hotel info moved to post 517)

I recommend getting your hotel reserved PDQ because that is going to be very busy weekend and there may be a shortage on room.

How do I sign up?

Any SCS member can come. All you have to do is post on this thread that you want on “the list”. We have a maximum of 48 spots available---first come, first serve! If all the spots are filled, we will start a waiting list.

***This event will be PEANUT-FREE! One of our swappers is deathly allergic to peanuts. So please make sure you don't bring any snacks that contain peanuts.***

AMUSE CLASS ANNOUNCEMENT

If you are interested in taking an AMUSE class with Geeta (craftyengineer) on Friday, May 29th, here is the info:

There will be two class on Friday and three classes on Saturday (for those who don't make the participant list I recommend you attending one of these classes).

With Imprints closing, Personal Scrapbook in Allen looks to be the sole brick and mortar source for AMUSE in the whole North Texas area.

For those of you who want to attend the dinner on Friday night, you will have plenty of time to get there because the last class ends at 5pm.

1. No Children Event - we all love our kiddos, but this is going to be your day away to have a little YOU time.

2. Cut off date - If I have not received your registration form and payment, by April 30th, you will be booted from the Participant List and someone from the Wait List will replace you. There are so many people on the wait list and others wanting to attend, so this rule must be adhered to!

3. If you send reg form and payment only to find out that you have to drop, it will be your responsibility to find a replacement. Work out payment between you because I will have already cashed your check and most likely used it for food or rentals.
