Pick Three - Treats for Me!
A surprise package coming in the mail with delightful things from your wishlist. Doesn't that sound like fun? This is a one time commitment swap for SS partners. Here’s how it will work: Post a message to the thread so I can list your name, then fill out the lists with your choices. Send a PM to me with your mailing and contact information. As a participant, you will fill out 3 different lists, and will post them here in the thread. After secret sisters are assigned, you’ll go look at your partner’s lists, and you’ll pick one item from each list to send to them for a total of 3 things. Here are the lists: New $10 Item Wishes 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Handmade Items I Would Love to Have 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Kit Themes I Would Use (Please specify if you would like a card kit or layout kit) I make: Cards / Layouts / Surprise Me 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. The first list is for new items that you would like, not to exceed $10 in cost. You may list less expensive items that could add up to $10 if multiple items were purchased. Please keep in mind – you are expected to spend $10 – the value of the item can be more (maybe you shop with coupons), but please do not send cheap substitutes or skimp out by spending less than $10 on this item(s). The second list is for handmade items that you would love to have made for you. Please list a variety of items, and feel free to elaborate on your style or a particular size you prefer of something. The third list is where you request a theme for your partner to use while assembling a card/layout kit for you. Please specify if you make cards or layouts, then list themes about which you would like a small kit of embellishments assembled. When making your kits for your partner, please include at least 3 things matching their theme. You are not required to spend money assembling this kit, and since 12x12 paper is expensive to ship, I am going to state that layout kits do not need to include the background paper, just some goodies to put on top of it. Swap Items will be due to your assigned partner within a 6 week time frame. These will be due by March 15th, 2013 and DC# need to be sent to me prior to the package being sent to your partner . Once you have received your package you will post here on this thread a thank you to your new big sister. By posting your thank you's this will let your big sister know you received your card/gift and I will be able to keep track of what is going on with each participant. Posting a picture of your goodies is always encouraged - we want to see the fun mail you receive too! As packages are mailed and received, I will change the color from black to red. I suck at altered/hand-made items, but I can do stamped images, diet cuts, and embossing folder impressions, but are these too similar to what could be included in the kits? I don't want to promise great hand-made items, and then not deliver.

JCI...it's been a rough day. My uncle passed away last night after a battle with lung cancer. My MIL was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and signs of delirium, which she has had twice in the last year. Then my niece was taken to emerg today after she was found crying on the floor at school, which is totally unlike her. Turns out she had a massive migraine which they had to give her IV drugs to treat. On a positive note, I won a contest at my LSS and will be getting $100 worth of product. I guess there's always something to be thankful for. :)

These are tags and you show different ink/UTEE and other colouring processes on the tag and then on the back you write how the process is completed.
