don't know if this will help. we have a store in Brunswick, Ohio called Hollos Papercraft, they sell all colors of envelopes, all sizes...an A 2 white and cream are 100 for 5.50....don't know if they...

got some at Stamplistic in Amherst, Ohio. also have it at Archievers in North Olmsted. it is fun, but hard to cut..you can use any stamp that is round, etc. and fold it in half. enjoy

i use one of those shoe bags that hangs up..it has clear pockets so you can see the punches you need. it has worked well and i now have three of them for all my punches.
they hold 12 to 15 punches...
