Help me! Catfish card

I need a fun catfish shaped/stamped card for a male birthday card. I would love to make the card in the shape of a fish with possibly the hook and "writing" come from the fish's mouth. Any ideas?

I use staz on ink and then heat set with iron. I make several onesies and this always works and lasts through washings too!

Glue for the fruit cans!

I use the craft glue in the gold tube and it works great too!
