Marco's Paper has a good selection and Kelly Paper has an online store. Marc's has fast service. I shop at Kelly's locally and they specialize in paper.

I needed small rubber stamps for a workshop project. I didn't want to buy a lot. I used small punches and punched fun foam. I glued the shapes onto wine corks. Instant stamps.

I believe the Ink Pad is the only rubber stamp store in NYC. There is also Tinsel Trading (and the area around the store) that carries alot of embellishments.
