Papertrey's Fresh Snow is my absolute favorite white. Colorbox's Frost White and Brilliance's Moonlight White are nice too, but they're a bit more subtle.

You could use one of Papertrey's Timeless Templates and fill it with a bag of individually wrapped candies or packets of cocoa/tea. The template only costs $5 and you can make as many as you need.
