I use Quickutz dies all the time with my Cuttlebug. However, it won't cut thick things like foam, felt, cork, chipboard, etc.

It does fine with paper and card stock, however.

I find that using a brayer on background stamps provides a nice thin and even amount of ink coverage and no lines from the edges of the pad. It's the way to go!
