That was the first tool I tried, but after it made a nick in my blade, I ended up having to buy another one, and resorted to scissors. My shank remover was pretty "frugal" quality, however.

I was a little reluctant to recommend using scissors, only because the metal dies can sometimes nick or bend scissor blades...but if you are like me, I have a few OLD pair of scissors lying around...

I love the look I get from mixing spray...

I love the look I get from mixing spray mists/inks with gesso to color it in such a variety of colors. It's a great way to use up those mists that are normally just sitting there. :D

I'm not sure which dies you have, but most closed dies have small guide holes. I did a video for Waltzingmouse Stamps that shows how to use their die holes, but it may be helpful for you as well.
