Fun Foam sheets come in many colors. I like the ones with an adhesive side, then I use Zip Dry glue for the other side. Can be cut with dies. WAY cheaper than all the items above.

If you haven't tried cutting paper with your new die, you may be surprised. I got one and found that it did not cut a 90 degree corner. I got no email response to the manufacturer.

I would suggest you try one pad from many companies to see what YOU like. Distress inks bead up on clear stamps, and don't really stick to rubber, BUT they are fun to play with as water-based colors....

I use calendar pages and try to match the picture to the card in some way. I buy the very cheap calendars at Michaels for hand-out cards because the paper is thin. I use better calendars for mailing....

I don't know what a Grand Caliber will cut, but Tim Holtz has some interesting "on the edge" dies. Also My Favorite Things and Paper Smooches have cool ones, called Border dies.
