Water soluble oil pastels

What are water soluble oil pastels? Are they the same as the watercolor crayons? I saw an art project using these but couldn't find at my local Hobby Lobby. Thanks for any help.

Sara, I think he did ask why he had to clean the bathrooms and they said he was complaining. My mother suggested he ask for a job description but I don't know if he ever followed up with it.

A lot of great suggestions, thank you. I usually make chicken fajitas and wanted to try beef for a change. I'm going to use flank steak next time and use lime juice in marinade.
