The first thing I thought of was a card shaped like the US. Put an eyelet/arrow saying you are here or been here for 40 years. Embellishments to go on the places they have been or travels made.

Other bagalopes

I have learned two other ways of creating a bagalope out of a #10 envelope. One from my CTMH demo and the other from a SU demo.
Theyboth start with sealing your envelope and cutting it....
