I would be annoyed. They mailed it in it's original packaging to save on shipping supplies (boxes, tape and stuffing of some kind). But I always appreciate the extra protection of having it shipped...

Definitely the inks! I may have a slight ink obsession and I buy EVERY ink color from EVERY company. The color palette is very nice and the formulation doesn't dry out like some other companies...

It could be the cardstock weight you are using. I use both the PaperTrey (110lb) and the Recollections (65lb) weight and I can totally see a difference in the thinner cardstock bowing!
