Thanks for that. I just tried the folder with one plate and some shims & it worked. Phew - glad I didn't force it through with 2 plates otherwise I think I would have broken something!

I open both flaps so there are no layers down on...

I open both flaps so there are no layers down on the platform and just have the base - but with two cutting pads as you would normally use plus the embossing folder, it's too thick.
