Oh, yeah - I think the nap is kinda late, too. At the daycare I worked at and with my own two, naptime always came shortly after lunch. That full tummy always helped make sure the kids were sleepy...

I'd say stress, too. You could have her develop a calming, soothing night-time routine - that might help. Cut off tv/computer for a little while before bed, have her take a bath or something...
