Yep it is called Headliner Foam that can be used for cars and such. You can find it in the upholstery section of the fabric store. I found it at JoAnn's. I usually look in the remnants section first...

Yep that is right. It's just a 10 inch-ish cardboard circle. I used a compass to create the circle and cut an X at the compass puncture site. I then pushed the cardboard circle down the center...

You can use Pedicure Toe Separators to hold your Inkssentials Blending Tools. I put mine on a Micheals Carousel, but you can glue them onto any straight edge. Check out my blog Angry Kitten Crafts...

I found that sometimes the foam starts to rip a bit if you use a heavy hand while blending. I cut out a 2" x 2" square of swimsuit fabric that I bought at JoAnn's and stretched it over the foam...
