It's not recommended to use embossing powder with copics; it can ruin the tips of the markers (and, I think, in some cases the alcohol ink dissolves the embossed powder).

That's where I get mine, though I think Joann's carries many of them as well. You just can't use coupons on them, and I don't think they are sold online by either of those stores.
