In re-reading your post, I guess if what you are saying is that you have an actual rubber stamp, you'll have to stamp your images and scan them or take a photo of them and then load that up into PSE...

I've done this to all my templates, except that I'm sure to use Sharpies and I trace all the way around each line. It makes it much easier to follow the shape no matter where the template is...
