Each wheel has a seam. I just find the seam, gently start to pull up and it comes off super easy. There is remnants of a rubber cement like glue that just rolls up on itself and you are good to go.

The motorized bigshot was a flop. I don't know that it is currently available anymore. The motor was weak. I received it by accident and replaced it with the regular manual one.
