I personally have had a Milwaukee heat tool for about 10 years and love it... heats up quickly, is more quiet than the SU one (still noisy though), and has less "blow" than the others I've tried.

I switched from the Bug to the Big Shot a few...

I switched from the Bug to the Big Shot a few months ago and find that the Big Shot is easier to use... Because of it's wider base, I find it more sturdy and stable.
