Refilling them is not bad. You just pull out the broad end and the refill bottle has a snout that you stick in the barrel of the pen. I think there is a video on how to do it.

I do understand that, but it had not moved and was still sitting in a balmy climate. It had not moved into an area with bad weather. If the weather was bad I might expect that it would get "stuck"...

Where do the packages sit all of this time? Is the merchant or the po the one that is slowing things down?
