Joann's has them in their dollar scrapbooking section. They're just little stickers with a small dome. I love them, use them all the time!

I can't imagine why it wouldn't work, as long as the empty copic really starts out dry and doesn't have any alcohol-based fluid in it to start with. I think it's a great idea, and may have to try it...

I've used dryer sheets and interfacing in place of mulberry paper. I don't know if you could dye it though, I've always done it white. I'll have to try that!
