I love Stickles for a bit of glitz -- but always apply it by squeezing some on a piece of scrap paper and using a teeny-tiny tipped paintbrush. It dries almost immediately and it's almost impossible...

Hey... just a thought... if it's the mounting foam that's gotten "crushed" a bit, what about putting it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds or so? Might that smooth it back out?
