Fiskars has a lifetime warranty and quick customer service response. I have e-mailed them from their web site and had excellent service. You may want to give that a try.

My vote is for the ZipEmate. I feel it has more versatility of the dies that it will use. You can use the Quikutz and Sizzix dies in it. That is a plus when you have friends that have other die...

I lightly sand the polyshrink before I stamp w/ staz on and then color w/ colored pencils and then shrink. I haven't had any need for sealant.
