I've only been in a few craft shows but people generally come with cash. If you were selling big ticket items I would say pay with CC, but I think you'll be fine with cash only.

I believe SU! allows it to happen. They are pretty diligent about the IDA so why wouldn't they be diligent about this unless they want it to leak. Happens every year and will continue to happen...
