It's not a "copy" of a coupon...it's an online coupon. I think the reproduction rule is for a newspaper/flyer coupon that's been copied. Someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but that's the way...

As far as I know (I work at JA) we still accept competitor's coupons but not on fabric cut by the yard because Mike's and AC Moores don't sell bty fabric. We wouldn't accept the % off total purchase...
