I think the clear stamps are super easy to use but what I do to get a clear impression at least the first time before I use the stamp is to lightly sand the stamp. It helps give a nice crisp...

An easy inexpensive way to store the embossing folders is in a plastic coupon envelope. That's where I have mine now and it works great!

Each folder fits perfectly in an individual coupon slot...
