I mail square cards in a larger rectangle envelope - but glue a strip of paper into one end - you can punch snowflakes or whatever through the end of the envelope that way - Hallmark charges a ton...

You could use a wheel to stamp your own double sided paper. I tried that using just plain white computer paper (but of course that's not SU paper). It doesn't come out as bright and pretty as the SU...
