Don't forget you can use your Joann's coupons at Michals too. I think it was around $11 for the tote with the 40% off coupon. What a great deal. I am working on filling it up with all my stuff!

how about a pack of nice (stamped) note cards? I also like to send cards to the teachers throughout the year to encourage them and tell them I'm still out there supporting them from the sidelines.

I also recommend using a bone folder to spread the ink onto the pad (like peanut butter). It will help it soak in faster. Then clean off the bone folder.

I buy a pack of 12 (or 13) "scratch pads" from Staples. I'm sure they have them at any office supply store. They are pretty inexpensive... probably about $6 for the whole pack.
