Where to buy microbeads?

So I'm finally going to attempt these fun beaded RSVP pens, but I can't find the microbeads to cover them with. Any suggestions for actual STORES to get them (i.e. not online?) I'm not really sure...

I used both the Bic ones & the Sharpies on my tiles. Actually, I liked the Bic colors a bit better. The Sharpies seemed to darken when I baked them, and the Bics stayed brighter.

How do you use a background stamp that doesn't cover a whole card front? I have a giraffe print stamp from Michael's that's about 2x2". Any ideas for lining up the stamp so I don't end up with...
