Does the syringe for the silicone glue get clogged? I use a lot of bling too, and the Crystal Effects bottle always seems to need to be unclogged, even though I keep a ball-head pin in the top.

That's what I do. I put a piece of clear packing tape on the outside of the envelope, over the area where the "bump" is from the rhinestone or brad. That seems to help keep the brad or rhinestone...

Thanks for everyone's suggestions. I ended up using Crystal Effects, which worked great. I wasn't worried about the rhinestones increasing the cost of postage because I was already planning to pay...
