I hadn't ordered from them for several years - no problems with them, just had purchased elsewhere. Placed an order late Sun night and it arrived today. Even tucked in a free card of little bows....

I'm guessing that the second group are the better quality photopolymer stamps and the first group of stamps are acrylic or some other clear material. Perhaps someone here knows for sure.
