Both the Bigz XL and the Framelits Flip-its fit on the standard size plates which are 6" x 9". I usually cut my papers 6" X 8 1/2".

The need for a crease pad depends on the pressure your die cut machine. Some have a little more than others, so some crease fine and others need the crease pad.

You can cut two cards from one piece of 8 1/2" x 11 cardstock.

I do a lot of square cards so I didn't even think about extra postage. They would be fun in an A2 card also though.
