All the problems I remember seeing were being posted straight after the Cameo launch, and all seemed to be about the housing getting clogged with paper fibres, as I recall.

Could maybe be some card fibres wrapped around the blade point?Also, I have an older Silhouette original, and something I discovered is that the cutting strip on the machine itself wears over a lot...
