I'm the same as Glitter Queen - I have trouble blending in dark colours too. I've tried Gamsol and Baby Oil and neither one seems to blend very well on the Neena paper. Maybe I should try another...

anniversary card

This is an anniversary card I made using a Stampin' Bella stamp that I coloured in with my Prismacolour pencils and gamsol. It's getting there but I feel I need to practice more to get a nice blend....
