Not quite sure why, but I prefer the flat-rate shipping method (based on how much you spend, not the weight). Paper is heavy, so are rubber stamps, but, like someone posted, USPS has those marvelous...

Shipping does mortally wound us, both ways, from the vendors when we place merchandise orders and when we ship larger and/or heavier items to customers. I do try to do cheaper promotional shipping...
