SU! has long envelopes that might work well for this. I just checked and they measure 6 3/4" x 3 1/2, so they may be a little big, but they can go in the mail with no extra postage.

The catalog sampler will also be included in orders that are placed. The Stampin' Techniques booklets used to come with orders, but now the Sampler will instead. I didn't send any to my customers...
