cardstock that looks like 3 hole punch school notebook paper

I am wondering if there is cardstock made like this or do peolpe use regular school paper. Like to use in scrape booking, "school years" memories. Not sure if the regular school paper will hold up....

Cuttle bug emossing folder file size?

Can any one tell me is the embossing folder made for 4 x 5 1/4 because the snowflake folder I really can't get it to fit the 5 1/2 by 4 1/4 size. Maybe its for the first layer after the half fold...
