Different Army bases have different rules. You MAY be able to get around the APO thing if you show them that the orders can be sent to the individual who orders. Some bases just won't deal with it...

First, if you stamp in your CM albums the guarantee is still good unless you are sending it back b/c you stamped on the outside...

I'm a lucky one who has an AWESOME mother in law. She lives half a world away but we still talk on the phone at least every 3 days (I get REALLY good rates to call the US!!!). She is so uplifting...
