As far as I'm concerned, companies who get their clear stamps produced cheaply in China or Taiwan deserve to be badmouthed... Companies that I know of that have stamps manufactured in these countries...

I have only just started using the perfect layers tools too - I'm really happy with them so far. I'm using a Olfa deluxe rotary cutter 45mm - it's easy to use and is giving a nice clean cut edge.

When buying clear stamps, I always always look on the packaging to see where they are made. If they are made in Taiwan or China - I steer clear of them as they are poor quality and have less chance...

Thanks for the info Scrappyoz - great to have some advice on what to buy so I don't have to wander aimlessly around Spotlight. I think I will wait til my rulers arrive and then I'll get the cutter....

I have some of these Fancy Pants sets and also had trouble getting them off initially - I think I may even have torn some. I agree that the quality of these stamps is poor - basically plastic stamps...

I had the same thing happen with a prima clear stamp - I think they are not very good quality, as are many made in China/Taiwan.
