When I shim with the metal plate, it is outside...

When I shim with the metal plate, it is outside my sandwich, on top of my magnetic platform. I don't want to get any die impressions on the metal plate itself.

Floral Frogs 101 for Card Makers

Ok, I finally bought a floral frog to hold up my cards so I can take pictures. Why does it look proper in everyone else's photos but when I try it, my cards seem to tilt forward??!

I'm frustrated...
