PTI Home Made Template

Does anyone know where I can find a template for the house boxes like the ones I see in the gallery? I searched Paper Trey Ink and found the Home Made stamp set but can't find the template anywhere???

Where have you found to be the best place to get the Copic refills? The two stores in my area that sell Copic markers don't sell the refills.

I have to agree with one response regarding shipping. I was going to order some Copic markers. Their price is good but it was over $12.00 for shipping for three markers??? Are they crazy!?!?!
