when making a card where you are using small pieces of paper, do not throw away your scraps until the card is assembled. (Have thrown away needed pieces one too many times)

When using a pearl-ended stick pin as the cover for a bottle of glue/crystal effects so it doesn't get clogged, do not use the same glue bottle as something to prop a wet jar...

You don't really need reinkers to do this. Whern the cover is on your inkpad, smoosh it down and then open it up. There will be ink on the inside cover of the pad for you to use. Just don't slide it...
