I liked her idea, too, but I didn't want creases in my ribbons, so I wound them on a bamboo skewer. I cut it the same width as each "spool" of ribbon and glued two cardboard circles on either side...

It doesn't fit as is, you have to unroll some of it. I just unroll it onto a smaller tape runner I have, so I get two tape dispensers loaded at the same time.

I like the small size and the price of the Glue Glider Gun, so I use it with the ATG tape. The Glue Glider refills are way too expensive. I think the last time I priced the two, GG was $8 for 30ft....

I use ATG tape in my Glue Glider. Once you get the hang of loading the tape into the cartridge, it takes about 5 mins. to do. I keep cartridges filled up so I always have one ready when I need it.

I removed the rubber piece under the cutting blade, and it cuts just fine without it. However I don't know if I should continue cutting without it. I don't want to break anything or void my warranty....
