This is the recipe as copied from a scs site. It didn't give the measurements of water and glycerine. I think it is just 1 part gylcerine and 2 parts water.

You can use sticky felt for the binding. I cut the binding at 9 3/4 by 3 inches. you can get 3 journal out of one sheet of sticky felt. I just made 12 for easter baskets for a mission near us.
