I say do one day and then go from there. If you don't do well, then you know it's not for you. The first show is always the hardest though. You figure out what sells well and what doesn't.

I include sales tax in my prices. This way I only have to worry about bills and quarters at shows. It's nice for the customers too cos they don't have to sit there and calculate how much it's going...
