cropper hopper rolling tote in joann's clearance section!

the luggage strap i have is basically the same as a bungee cord - it just has too much give, as he only needs an inch. the one strap i tried stretching more, snapped under the pressure.

right now i have 2 office depot 6-drawer plastic things full of stamps, but this storage is sorely inadequate to keep out my inquisitive 2 year old, who thinks he's found the motherlode of blocks. ...
