If I remember right, Denise, you should have gotten a response when you signed up for it that said either you qualify and will get it in 6 to 8 weeks or that the supply was depleted.

I agree. I don't think it would be wise for them not to send out those sets. That's an aweful lot of disgruntled potential customers or current customers.

That's what I used on all the samples in my gallery that state palette noir and copics were used. I haven't had a problem with that and I do not heat set it. What kind of paper are you using?
