I have those problems with the post offices in two other locations here, but the one that is for our house is where I like to go now. They appreciate the business, and know the system with me now, working with me to do DC#s, put postage in (they'll write the amount on the pkgs for me as I go through them and put postage on those going back to swappers), help me tape them up with their priority tape, etc. The deliverer was not too happy about all my packages coming in but the Postmaster has corrected that problem for us now. Given all the financial issues with the postal service, I think they are glad I'm bringing in that much business to their small little post office and helping keep their jobs!
Janet, I forgot to mention that my po guy - while he was busy being not happy with me the other day - after I pd and was putting your postage inside, I realized he gave me the wrong amount of postage... so you have stamps and money inside.... sorry to be complicated, but you're definitely covered. Maybe this spring weather will cheer everyone up!
No big deal. I received yours and nikki's the other day.
I haven't posted lately my little guy has been very challenging lately. My husband and I have had different ideas on how best to handle him.

You would think they'd be happy to see us coming! But we are just too complicated I guess.

Guess what? Thanks to Tina, I found two more swap with good deeds going on to share with you. I would like to CHALLENGE each of you to help with them also please!!!
I thought it would be nice to frame the extras that I made but I'm having a hard time finding an inexpensive square frame. Does anyone know a source or do I just need to keep checking?
I am so sorry that these have not been mailed out yet. I have been fighting a really bad migraine since Friday. I am better now and these will go out today. Please let me know when they arrive back to you.
Thanks

Hi everyone!
KACopan has a 6x6 page and 4x6 page swap going on multiple topics, not due til July!
I'm hoping you'll come over and join us, we need more swappers in it! ON THEIR WAY HOME - 4x6/6x6 MEGA swap- 4+1 DUE 8/31
I was wondering what to do with the extras from this swap since I already had my 12 + made when it was changed. I had already made a couple extras to frame for gifts. So when the wonderful lady who does my sonograms told me she and her family were going on a mission trip to Dominican I took them to her to give to some folks she connects with there. She was thrilled. Now I wish I had taken more to her. So, Janet, folks far away are going to benefit from your great swap!
I was just wondering the same thing, Christina! I didn't realize it had changed and was surprised to get some of my own back. Let me know if you'd like my extras to give to her too!

My goodness, Susan, I just now found this post! Sorry! That would have been great - I only took my sonographer the 5 or 6 extra and I wished I had taken more. I saw her on Tuesday and she said her family had a wonderful experience in the Dominican Rep and gave these to the pastor and his wife and some of the others they worked closely with. They knew enough English to be able to read the verses and were thrilled with them. It's another good reason to keep doing the scripture swaps and rolodex swaps - it seems so often we all know someone going on a mission trip and that's a really neat thing to leave behind as a gift. Thank you again!
