IFC45:7/6/09 Color by Theme:Build on Blue

It's time for our 5th challenge in the Color by Theme Series!

Build on Blue:
-warm up this chilly color by using it on an outdoors page; think fresh air and blue skies
-pool party or water fight (since there is no "clear" color blue is it)
-prom night (go for the elegance of the deeper shades of blue)
-pet pages (have you noticed how much cute pet product comes in blue?)

The challenge:
Try using any shade of blue on your pages this week. You can try one of the suggested themes above to get you started or your can scrapbook the theme of your choice. All that matters is that you "Build on Blue"!

Ladies,
I wanted to mention that if for some reason I'm not back on the board to check out your layouts in a reasonable amount of time it's because my dog is sick. I have had Gabe for the past nine years and I had to take him to the vet this week because he has fluid built up around his heart. He is on strong doses of Lasix twice a day for the next 10 days. And if he doesn't improve soon I may have to take him back and well, they wouldn't really tell me anything beyond that...which really scares me. It is so heartbreaking to watch a helpless animal suffer. If you can find it in your heart to do so, please say a prayer for him.
